Vessel_clang_clang:
God chooses the vessel to be used in His  service. There are  vessels of honor and dishonor and also vessels of God's mercy and  some  are  vessels of wrath.

Some  vessel claims it had food once upon a time. Some vessel receives bread for itself and  fills and getting ready with the stones for others.

But  God fills the vessel in His kingdom to serve the Living bread_Jesus, Jesus said  in
"John 6:51 NKJV
I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world "
Also  any service to God needs to be done in  love  with  love. Bible says in
" 1 Corinthians 13:1-3 NKJV
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. [2] And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. [3] And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing."
Serving  God  without  love   amounts to nothing!!
I'm  reminded  of  a proverb which  says 'Empty vessel  make much  noise'_clang,  clang !!!
Christianity is  all about  God's love, God the Father's love _"John 3:16 NKJV
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
God the Son's love :"John 15:13 NKJV
Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends."
Spirit of God's love : " Romans 5:5 NKJV
Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us."_ Dear Heavenly Father thank you for the living bread_Jesus,  Lord  Jesus  we love you  because you  loved us first . Help us to  constantly  remind us of your unfailing  love  for us. Amen.

Believe in Jesus

 Danger of believing in one's own strength and riches  :
We see people around who believe in  certain things,  some  believe in people,  some believe in themselves,  some believe in  Medicare,  some in power and some in fame.
We see the plight of the man who trusted in  riches instead of believing in God.
"Luke 12:19-21 NKJV
And I will say to my soul, "Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and be merry."' [20] But God said to him, 'Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?' [21] "So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God."_ Here we see the foolish man who trusted in His  riches. Being rich is not bad but putting our trust in these things is an act of foolishness.
Also,  we learn about this in
" Psalm 33:16-18 NKJV
No king is saved by the multitude of an army; A mighty man is not delivered by great strength. [17] A horse is a vain hope for safety; Neither shall it deliver any by its great strength. [18] Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy,"_In olden days,  the king who  possessed a great army and horses and chariots believed that,  these could save Him and His country from the enemy. But we learn that God's eyes are  on those who believe in Him_in His  Son Jesus Christ.
And
"Psalm 33:12 NKJV
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance."_Blessed is the nation to which you and I belong,  who has Lord as God.
Also
"Jeremiah 17:7-8 AMP
Most blessed is the man who believes in, trusts in, and relies on the Lord, and whose hope and confidence the Lord is. [8] For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters that spreads out its roots by the river; and it shall not see and fear when heat comes; but its leaf shall be green. It shall not be anxious and full of care in the year of drought, nor shall it cease yielding fruit."_Lord Jesus Thank you for planting us near the Living waters to have green leaves.  and to bear fruit. Amen.

Vessel

THE VESSEL :
"Hebrews 9:21 NKJV
Then likewise he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry."
Vessel is very essential in our day_to_day life. We all use some or the other every day.
I remember as a young girl the hardships  my Mom experienced, when the vessel cleaning Maid wouldn't come.!!!
Even today my Maid, is highly appreciated for her help to me in cleaning vessels.
Bible talks about vessels as well. In Physical terms and spiritual. Spiritually, vessel implies people/Individuals. We learn this as Lord Jesus talks to Ananias  of Apostle Paul in
"Acts 9:15 NKJV
But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel." Also Psalmist address himself as a vessel as he prays "fiil my cup Lord".
Also there are vessels of honor and dishonor as in
"2 Timothy 2:20-21 NKJV
But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. [21] Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work."
What I have understood is that  the Vessel gains  honor when it knows that The Master JESUS holds it.
Oh the world will try to find you _the precious vessels of God - to defile or misuse.
"Daniel 5:2 NKJV
While he tasted the wine, Belshazzar gave the command to bring the gold and silver vessels which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the temple which had been in Jerusalem, that the king and his lords, his wives, and his concubines might drink from them."_The kings Nebuchadnezzar and Belshazzar wanted the Vessels which belonged to God's Temple.
If you are lost in the world and worldly things, yeah Cheer up,
"Joshua 6:19 NKJV
But all the silver and gold, and vessels of bronze and iron, are consecrated to the LORD; they shall come into the treasury of the LORD."_The Heavenly Joshua _Jesus Christ is at work to bring you back to Lord's Treasury.
Every vessel  in Ministry needs to undergo cleansing work, not once a week, twice a week, not even once a day_ but a continuous cleansing by the blood of Jesus_Sanctification.
If you don't allow to be cleansed, then there is no taking part with Him (Jesus)_
"John 13:8 NKJV
Peter said to Him, "You shall never wash my feet!" Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me."
We need to experience the cleansing from the Saviour Jesus.
'1 John 1:7 NKJV
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin."
Hallelujah to JESUS the Redeemer and Sanctifier.

Prophet and His Reward

Prophet and His Reward:
"Matthew 10:41 NKJV
He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward. And he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward."
There are many prophets in the Bible; some books in the Old Testament are classified as Major and Minor prophets.
These were the people whom God chose to speak to and through them to His people.
We learn about prophet Elijah in the book of  Chronicles and Kings.
He's mentioned many a times in the New Testament as well.
Jesus  too Mentions about Elijah.
God sent Elijah the prophet to the widow in Zarephath, when she gave up whatever little she had, she was the one,  who was blessed. If she had not given the Bread and water to Elijah, then she would have been a loser. God  can  create a new way to provide for His servants. She received the prophet and the prophet's reward.
As a New Covenant Beleiver, we  have the Great Prophet, and the Great High Priest -JESUS.
Yes Jesus said about this, about Himself:
"Matthew 13:57 NKJV
So they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house."
Also Moses saw Jesus as the Prophet,
"Acts 3:22-23 NKJV
For Moses truly said to the fathers, 'The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you. [23] And it shall be that every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.'
And Peter rightly picks up the thread as Luke points out  in his narrative of the Acts of the Apostles, signifying that Jesus indeed is the One Prophet spoken by Moses. "Him you shall hear..."
"John 6:14 NKJV says:
Then those men, when they had seen the sign that Jesus did, said, "This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world."
And the "sign" those men marvelled about was when Jesus took up five loaves and two fishes, gave thanks and fed 5000 men, besides women and children.
"Him you shall hear..." God the Father's heart's desire is that we hear Him (Jesus),  who's sent down from heaven for us- the living bread. In fact, in the glory mountain there were three prophets - Moses, Elijah and Jesus, when Peter saw a sight that will stay with him the rest of his days. Whose tabernacle will you go and hear the prophetic words?
"Mark 9:7, 8 NKJV says:
And a cloud came and overshadowed them; and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son. Hear Him!
Suddenly, when they had looked around, they saw no one anymore, but only Jesus with themselves"
Only Jesus. Hear Him!
Lord JESUS we receive you in our heart and renew our minds to hear You and to know that we're immeasurably blessed because of your work on the Cross. To The Eternally Blessed Christ,  be all Honor, Wisdom Glory and Power. Amen.

Recovery of sight to the blind

It's about Eye not I
Jesus said "
Matthew 6:22 NKJV
"The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light."
We have eyes which are very precious, through this we see the beauty of God's creation. Also we see others  -people.Some see others through their natural eyes - external characteristics, some see others  through their intellectuall eyes,-education, Position/power in the society, some see others through their soulish eye- emotions and feelings, but I tell you that the desired sight is Spiritual.
Lord Jesus cautioned us about following  the blind
"Matthew 15:14 NKJV
. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch."
Apostle Paul, encouraged  the Church of Jesus Christ- The Beleivers to pray for spiritual enlightenment
"Ephesians 1:18 NKJV
the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,"
One of the mission of Christ -The Anointed One is to bring sight to the blind, Jesus said
"Luke 4:18 NKJV
"The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed;"-
We pray, Lord Jesus- Enlighten our spiritual eyes and open the blind eyes.
Amazing grace... I once was lost but now am found, was blind but now I see.

Anger An Attribute of God

Anger An Attribute of God:   Bible talks about this also, God can be angry also !!!!
God The Father's  wrath of God because of sin is fully paid by Jesus_Lamb of God.
Let's move ahead to know this attribute of God.
As it's in "Psalm 2:12 NKJV
Kiss the Son, lest He( God The Father)  be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him."_ _ this  verse is talking about Jesus_The  Son of God.
New Testament, talks about people who kissed the feet of Jesus, who washed the feet of Jesus. What makes Him( Jesus) angry!!!_"
Matthew 18:6 NKJV
"Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea."_ Yes let's make sure, that we don't intimidate people_ fear which is opposite of  Faith. Christian Life is all about believing in Jesus. May our eyes be continuously     focused and Fixed on Him (Jesus)_who's the Author, Perfector of Faith, The Very source  of Our Faith, as it's in _"Hebrews 12:2 AMP
Looking away from all that will distract to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith giving the first incentive for our belief and is also its Finisher bringing it to maturity and perfection."__Hallelujah Jesus The Good and Chief Shepherd.

Speak Jesus The Life

Now it's all about cricket!!!
Gone are those days when I was perplexed which team to support as we have disconnected the cable connection haahaa
Every catch caught or dropped destines the success or failure of a particular team!!
Remembering if  we could catch _receive, the blessings spoken, heard and headed towards us through Jesus Christ.
There is something similar to this in the Bible_We're Christ's Ambassadors, we represent  The  King Jesus, "2 Corinthians 5:20 NKJV
Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ,"
Bible says_ Jesus went about doing good _
"    Acts 10:38 NKJV
how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him."
We who're Christ's has the same calling to be  an Ambassador for Christ_Forgiving, healing and speaking words of blessings over people's life, if the vessel is receptive they receive; if not it will come back to you, so speak Life,  speak blessings speak abundant life_speak Jesus. Amen.

Pleasing God

Proverbs 12:22 NKJV
Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD, But those who deal truthfully are His delight"_Sometimes even exaggerated talk becomes a lie, let's make sure that Truth(Jesus)_ lives inside of us, in our day to day dealing with people may the Lord empower us to please Him. Pleasing God is a choice and  doesn't occur by force._The Psamist  puts it down in _"                                            "Psalm 149:4 NKJV
For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation." Also may we really  make a willing inclination in our thoughts and life to please Him (Jesus)._
"Psalm 147:11 NKJV
The LORD takes pleasure in those who fear Him, In those who hope in His mercy.

Awesomely and wonderfully

Awesomely and wonderfully_    Psalm 139:14 NKJV
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. _ I used to tell our elder son_There was a Father and mother who didn't have a child, and God made a precious little boy and put him in the mother's womb; and that baby is you. And He added one more precious one- and that's your brother. He used to listen to all this until recently when he questions, "Mummy, how many times will you tell me the same story!"
_haahaa_ Yes it's sooo wonderful as it's said in PS.139:1, For I am awesomely n wonderfully made_God the Creator takes utmost Care in making you and I, perfect_He makes your heart, he makes your eyes n says "Hi, awesome!!" As the Psamist rightly gets this revelation and puts it in Psalm 139:16 AMP
Your eyes saw my unformed substance, and in Your book all the days of my life were written before ever they took shape, when as yet there was none of them."_ Every organ of your physical body  is mentioned in God's book, when you face a health issue come to the Maker_He Reassures it in _Psalm 107:20 NKJV
He sent His Word (Jesus) and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions."__As Bible scholars say that every time Jesus was whipped (As the edge of the whip had sharp nails) His (Jesus's) body was pierced_Isaiah 53:5 NKJV
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed._God The Creator, God The Healer- To Jesus The Sacrificial Lamb be Glory Honour and power. Amen.

Joseph vs Benjamin

Joseph vs Benjamin. Joseph was a man who found favour from God. In Hebrew the meaning of the name Joseph is: May Jehovah add/give increase. It was  seen even from his young age, he was the one who found favor with his father-who gave him a coat of many colors; found  mercy when his life was spared by one of his brothers, sold into potipars house,  again favoured by God and even in the prison cell. Also when Joseph was promoted to a great position in Egypt, he was constantly surrounded by God's favor _Genesis 39:5 NKJV
"So it was, from the time that he had made him overseer of his house and all that he had, that the LORD blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; and the blessing of the LORD was on all that he had in the house and in the field.The Lord was with Joseph in everything, and everywhere he was placed "___._  You may be a Joseph or Josephine reading this, move ahead  to know  who these people are in New Covenant. The Biblical meaning of the name Benjamin is: Son of the right hand. Benjamina/Benjamine is the classic feminine version of Benjamin,  also _ Batjamin.  As in Romans 9:8 NKJV
That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed"_Benjamin was blessed by Joseph who gave fivefold portion of blessing as found in Genesis 43:34 NKJV
Then he took servings to them from before him, but Benjamin's serving was five times as much as any of theirs." In the New Covenant_Jesus is the Heavenly Joseph_seated with Him you and I are the "Son of the right hand" He has purchased you by giving Himself as a ransom. He has all kinds of treasure and food for many years stored up for n His storehouse. He is ready and willing to bless the Benjamin/Batjamin_ generation. To Jesus who's the Mediator of New Covenant, who constantly intertercededs for His own, be all glory, domion and power. Amen.

All about thoughts

Thinking vs not thinking!!! Most  of us are aware thought preceed word. Bible talks a lot about God's thoughts and Man's thoughts.Psamist says in _"Psalm 139:2 NKJV
"You understand my thought afar off." Maybe others or people who are near to us may fail to know our thoughts. But the Lord knows it all. And sometimes in life if you're are feeling down, when you're low in your spirit _We can find encouragement by God's thoughts about us as in_Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."_Now after being born into God's Family through the work of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the Spirit of God will strengthen us to streamline our thoughts. Whenever we're amongst our brothers and sisters in Christ, in a fellowship we need to think, esteem high about other beleiver!!!! As its in Phil. 2.3 NLT_". Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves" The people of this world think onllllyyy about themselves. May the Lord enlighten our spiritual eyes to value others not on the basis of education, their stand in the society, or because of their intelligence, or by external appearance but by the Greater parameter because they ( the redeeemed) are precious because of the Son of God's( Jesus's) work on the Cross_1 Peter 1:18-19 NKJV
knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, [19] but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot." Hallelujah Christ The Redeemer.
